Host Committee

Pursuant to By-Laws, Article X, Section 2.A
Meets as needed – Chaired by President. Acts as a liaison with the hotel including, but not limited to, logistics of meeting rooms, detail of activity flow, liaison with vendors, scheduling of meeting, set-up of banquet. Committee shall include Host County Clerk.
